If you experience a problem with your product, please contact Matajer Shop support before sending anything back.

Returned items must:

- Be in their original packaging

- Be unused and in good condition

- Be approved by our support team before shipping

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Once returned items are received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return has been approved for replacement or refund.
